BUILD, FIX AND REPAIR
Gorilla Waterproofing Spray Black
1. PREPARE
All surfaces should be clean and free from dust, grease and oil. Make sure surface is dried completely. Protect/mask surrounding areas from overspray. When using indoors, ensure area of application is well ventilated.
Shake can well for at least 2 minutes. Test spray on a disposable object before applying to your project (propellent will dispense with initial spray).
NOTE: Do not apply underwater or use on projects requiring continuous, long-term submersion.
May not work for all types of plastic or rubber. Porous materials (wood, concrete and similar) may require additional coats.
†Not for flashing applications. Not for pipes under pressure. Not for use inside firebox.
2. APPLY
Apply between 10°C-35°C. Do not use for gaps larger than 3mm. Spray 25cm from surface, covering evenly. Multiple coats can be applied to ensure all cracks have been filled. Allow 10-15 minutes between coats. Touch dry in less than one hour. Test finished project with light water exposure to ensure all cracks have been filled. If test fails, apply additional coats. Porous materials may require additional coats. Full cure in 24 hours. Product will cure with a matte finish.
3.STORAGE
After completing the project, turn the can upside down and spray a short jet of clear gas away from the body. Wipe nozzle with a dry cloth and clear with isopropyl alcohol according to solvent manufacturer’s instructions. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from children and animals.

#HOW DO I REMOVE GORILLA WATERPROOF COAT & SEAL SPRAY FROM MY SURFACE? / +If product is wet, immediately wipe with a dry cloth or paper towel. A textured surface will be harder to remove product from than a smooth surface. Once cured, product can only be removed by mechanical means, such as gently scraping, sanding or chiselling.

#WHAT IS THE APPROXIMATE SHELF LIFE OF GORILLA WATERPROOF COAT & SEAL SPRAY? / +The approximate shelf life of Gorilla Waterproof Coat & Seal Spray is 24 months, unopened from date of manufacture. Once opened it will be dependent on storage conditions and age of the product.
#WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE RANGE OF GORILLA WATERPROOF COAT & SEAL SPRAY? / +Gorilla Waterproof Coat & Seal Spray can be applied between 10°C and 35°C. Once cured, it can withstand temperatures between -40°C and 70°C.
#WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO PREPARE PRODUCT FOR USE? / +Shake can well for at least two minutes before use. Test spray on a disposable object before applying to your project.
#WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WITH PRODUCT UPON COMPLETION OF A PROJECT? / +When your project is complete, turn the can upside down and spray a short jet of clear gas away from the body. Wipe nozzle with a dry cloth and clean with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) according to solvent manufacturer’s instructions. This will help avoid clogging for future uses. Store product upright in a cool, dry place, away from children and animals.

If you do get it on your skin, try wiping it off with a dry cloth or paper towel. For cured product, try washing with soapy water to loosen the coating. Dry your skin and apply lotion.
